A technical assistance partnership with the County of Los Angeles. Delete the Divide delivers free digital marketing services — assessments, branding, website creation, and business listing optimization — to small businesses in underserved LA County communities.

ICIC Digital Business Optimization

A select program offering complimentary consultations and personalized digital marketing services for qualifying businesses. ICIC DBO uses advanced digital marketing and e-commerce strategies to improve online visibility, optimize websites, and drive measurable growth.

1. FULL-SERVICE PROGRAM DESIGN

We build the entire program infrastructure — brand, tracking platform, applicant pipeline, and reporting framework. Institutional partners get a turnkey program ready to launch.

2. TECHNICAL ASSISTANCE DELIVERY

Through Braven Agency, we deliver hands-on services to every participating business: branding, website development, SEO, social media, paid advertising, email marketing, and business listing optimization. Average grant value per business: ~$6,000.

3. MEASURABLE OUTCOMES

Every program we run is built around documented outcomes. Partners receive detailed reporting on businesses served, services delivered, and measurable results — including website traffic growth, social media growth, and business owner testimonials.
